Frequently asked questions

Everything about the tools, the data, billing and privacy. If something is missing, email us.

Using the site

Do I need an account?

No. Every calculator, the model catalog and the comparisons work without signing in. We do not have user accounts at all — the only thing you can buy is an API key.

Something looks wrong with a price. What do I do?

Email [email protected] with the model and the vendor page. We check the vendor's published price and correct the dataset, usually the same day.

Can I suggest a model to add?

Yes, please. New releases are the main reason this site exists. Pro users get priority.

Do you have a browser extension or CLI?

Not yet. The API is the supported integration path today.

Accuracy and data

How often is the data updated?

The catalog was last verified Oct 15, 2026. We re-check when vendors announce changes and whenever a correction is reported. The changelog lists what changed.

Do you include discounts, batch tiers or enterprise pricing?

No. We list published standard rates. Batch discounts, committed-use agreements and negotiation are all real and all outside the scope of a public catalog.

Are quality benchmarks included?

No. We compare published prices and specifications — anything about output quality depends on your prompts and your evaluation, and we would rather not pretend otherwise.

Billing

Who charges my card?

Waffo Pancake, acting as Merchant of Record. They handle the payment, the invoice and applicable taxes; the descriptor on your statement comes from them.

How do refunds work?

See the refund policy. In short: ask within 14 days, and if the API has not been used, we refund.

How do I cancel?

Use the customer portal link sent with your order, or email us. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your current period intact.

Can I get an invoice with my company details?

Yes — the receipts come from Waffo Pancake and include the billing details you enter at checkout.

Privacy

Is my prompt stored?

No. The calculators are client-side JavaScript. Text you paste into the prompt box never leaves your browser.

What do you log?

Standard request metadata for the API (key, path, timestamp, status) so we can rate-limit and debug. No prompt content, because the API does not accept prompts — only numbers.
