Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of https://self-bench.com and the SelfBench Pro API (together, "the Service"), operated by SelfBench. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service publishes pricing and specification data about third-party large language model APIs and provides calculators that do arithmetic on user-supplied numbers. We are not affiliated with any model vendor, and we do not provide, resell or proxy access to any model.
2. Accuracy and no warranty
Pricing data is collected from vendors' published pages and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Calculations are arithmetic on the numbers you supply and are not a quote. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and you are responsible for verifying prices with the vendor before making a purchasing or architectural decision.
3. Your account and API key
The free tools require no account. The Pro API is accessed with an API key issued to you; you are responsible for keeping it secret, for all requests made with it, and for telling us promptly if it is compromised. Keys may be revoked if they are shared publicly, resold, or used to disrupt the Service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the website to reconstruct the dataset, do not resell the dataset as a competing catalog, do not attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication, and do not use the Service unlawfully. We may rate-limit or suspend access that endangers the Service for others.
5. Subscriptions, billing and tax
Paid plans are sold and processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake handles payment collection, invoicing and applicable sales taxes; their terms apply to the payment transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
6. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Contact
